“Tame Your Love” with Jackson Satora

Jackson Satora is an all rounded talent hailing from San Diego, California. From a tender age, Jackson was exposed to a wide range of music including the likes of Hip Hop, Pop, Soul, RnB, and Rock. At 16 years old, Jackson picked up the violin and developed skills that would enhance his career as a musical artist. He eventually evolved into producing music and at 22 years old decided to put the pieces together and start making music of his own. He has now come out with his debut single “Tame Your Love” which feels like a culmination of his talent. Regardless of it being his first single, his experience shines through this track. He has complete vocal control which gives him the freedom to make those eloquent vocal runs that he does. What makes “Tame Your Love” complete is what goes on between the lines of the song, the fact that he self produced the track is outstanding and deepens my appreciation the his craft. Jackson Satora is at the very beginning of his journey and its exciting to see what else he does in 2022.

Here’s what Jackson Satora had to say about his debut single:

How would you describe the music you typically create nowadays?
When I’m writing lyrics or making beats, I have an RNB vibe in mind for sure. Lyric-wise I talk about personal experiences and how I feel. I want to branch out and explore different genres beyond R&B eventually but that’ll be later down the line once I start to grow my fanbase.

What is your creative process like, especially in your most recent projects?

I had scrapped a lot of different songs before I finally released Tame Your Love but typically what I found myself doing was making the beat first. After that’s finished, I focus in on the songwriting process, and that aspect is what usually takes the most time for me to complete. I’m constantly making changes to the lyrics to best fit the beat. Then finally I’ll record the vocals and mix and master the project to give you the final outcome that you hear.

What Is The Message You Wish Listeners To Take Away From The Tracks?
I just want to give listeners something of value that they can honestly relate to. We’ve all been through things in life and more times than not, someone out there is experiencing those same circumstances as you are. I want my music to serve as an outlet for people for sure whether that’s empowerment, to soothe, to invigorate, etc.
