heres more from Souza himself on his creative vision and process;

How would you describe the music you typically create nowadays?

I would describe the music that I create nowadays as a mix of the different cultures I am a part of/have been exposed to - given my Brazilian background and the fact that I live in the most multicultural city in the world (Toronto, Canada) - there are many influences that I picked up growing up and they manifest themselves in how I talk, carry myself, and create music.
What is your creative process like, especially in your most recent projects?

I typically start with the melodic instrumentation. I add different layers of synths, keys and basses and arrange them to somewhat of a verse/pre-chorus/chorus structure. Usually while I'm doing that I start getting some flow/melody ideas for the vocals so I keep the mic nearby to lay down those ideas. I have to get them recorded as they pop up in my head or else I forget them. Once I find the flows/melody/song structure I want to commit to, I start putting in the drums, any 808s or sub-basses, transitions, risers, etc - whatever I feel like the record needs to be its best self!

What Is The Message You Wish Listeners To Take Away From The Tracks?

When it's rap I just want people to resonate with the story I'm telling through the lyrics; however, as the narrative of my career unfolds, I am going to release records that gradually dip into these new untapped influences of my culture/my city. I want my message to be that culture - especially culture from different ethnicities - is something to be shared by all people whether they share the same cultural roots or not. By sharing the cultures that make us unique we can truly learn from one another and we as a human race will become more open-minded, we will achieve a true common understanding of ourselves and others, and through that we will grow to have genuine love for one another. I often find that people are quick to gatekeep their culture from outsiders out of fear that an outsider will come in and want to participate; however, isn't this what needs to happen in order for love and understanding to conquer hate and division?

Any Exclusive information/announcements you got for the vibenextdoor,
