Love. Sex. Heartbreak is a well-rounded project with a consistent vibe that will have you vibing straight for 36 minutes and 48 seconds. Fortunxte - I create my music based on how I feel in the moment. It's usually a direct reflection of what I'm going through in life, have been through in life, or a story that I want to tell. I'm big on well-thought-out lyrics with a dope melody. I see making music as my purpose, so everything I write comes from my soul. I like to call what I do "Soul Music."
I start going through beats that my producer sends me or that I find on beatstars at the loudest possible volume. I vibe to the music while freestyling melodies and lyrics until I come up with something that I like. Once I come up with a solid melody, and like 4 bars worth of lyrics, I start recording myself through my home studio setup. Instead of writing the lyrics out, I like to let them live inside of my head and record them right away, so I don't forget them. I find that I'll overthink a lot when I write them down. Once I have a few songs done, I can kind of see what story I want to tell with an entire project, and that's how my latest work, "Love. Sex. Heartbreak. " came about. I kept writing songs about the ups and downs of dating and being in relationships until I had an entire album. I like for my music to come together naturally.
The message I want people to take away from my latest project, 'Love. Sex. Heartbreak. ' is that it's okay, to be honest about how you feel. I want people to be okay with being vulnerable and putting themselves out there in life and In love. Treat every experience as a learning experience.
