“I would say the music that I typically create nowadays is definitely emotional in the sense that I let my heart do the majority of the talking. These are real life experiences that grace my pad. In terms of genre I would definitely consider a lot of my music to fall under a Dark R&B sub genre. I have many others songs that aren’t limited to this sub genre but I would say a lot fall in this range. “

”My creative process is definitely atypical. Sometimes I’ll take time to feel how I feel that day and let the emotions take over. Sometimes I’ll write for hours on end but I usually find a track that speaks to me and I’ll write to it. With Change For You, it definitely came from my past experiences in relationships. A lot of people think changing your personality or who at heart may be a compromise you have to make for a significant other at times. Some disagree. I’m not here to say any point of view is correct but definitely influenced this individual process.”

”Change For You is a song that can be viewed as an anthem for compromising during relationships and it can also be viewed as the complete opposite. I’ve faced that obstacle several times where I felt like I wasn’t enough for someone else because the way I naturally am wasn’t always best for them. I hope listeners let this song further their ideas on the topic and truly ask themselves, are we supposed to change in the name of love?”
