7AO Tapped in with us to deliver a top vibe the other day with his new track available on all platforms, "CRZY." This smoothly captures that almost too relatable thought process and internal conversation we've all faced before, tryna figure out if we're "going crazy" or just straight tripping. This track is delivered on a smooth beat, casually getting us vibing to the track before you know it.

Heres more from 7AO himself.

7AO - For everyone wondering, my name is pronounced "tae-o", and I'm part of a collective called 12 Gauge: Equalizer. We have a bunch of different artists/producers on board with ranging sounds/vibes, and we have a lot more coming in the next few months so I hope y'all rock with us.

How would you describe the music you typically create nowadays?
Typically, and especially more recently I like to describe my music as "bedroom hip-hop". Kind of like trips into my thoughts. I always try and keep it as authentic as possible.

I just really try to display my personality through my music, through the sounds, the lyrics, everything.

What is your creative process like, especially in your most recent projects?
I try to write as often as I can. I have friends that produce, but usually, I find instrumentals online that I like. Sometimes it's annoying though because I'm really picky honestly, so sometimes it takes a while to find beats I like. Once I find a beat I like though, I try to think of how the beat makes me feel, then I try my best to get that across in my lyrics. That's basically it. Feeling something and trying to get that feeling across with my writing. A lot of trial and error as well.

What is the message you want listeners to take away from the track?
Honestly, whatever they want.

To me this one is a pretty straightforward track, and in light of the CRZY stuff that's been happening in the world it kind of sums up the state of my psyche, and I think some people can relate as well.

Just want people to enjoy the track, 'go crzy, go stupid' you know the vibes.

Any Exclusive information/announcements you got for the vibenextdoor?

A lot more music coming, for real. I'm at a stage where I'm comfortable with my sound, and I've been slowly putting together a little project. I don't want to throw out any dates because it's not finished, but EP coming relatively soon. I really really appreciate everyone who gave me a chance and who has been listening so far. There is a lot more in the works.
